What we collect. When you use the contact or demo request form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.

Why. Only to answer your request and, if you wish, to arrange a demonstration of FoLLoW. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where. Your data is stored on our servers hosted by OVH in France, within the European Union.

How long. We keep your details for 24 months after our last exchange, then delete them.

Your rights. You may ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@fllw.trade. This policy applies the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for visitors in the European  Union, the GDPR.
