Cautious, open or ambitious: no stance is right by default. FoLLoW adapts to yours, and you can change your mind.

FoLLoW runs fully without artificial intelligence. No core feature depends on it: switching it off costs you nothing.

European AI Default

Powered by Mistral AI, a European provider. Your data is processed in Europe, under contract terms that exclude its use for model training.

Your own engine

Your IT team has already approved a provider? FoLLoW connects to it, under your own contract and terms.

In-house AI

A model hosted in your own infrastructure. Nothing leaves your perimeter, not even a query.

Targeted use

AI steps in where it saves time without taking risks on your behalf.

What it can do

  • Read transport, warehouse and financing documents, and suggest structured data entry.
  • Check consistency between documents, contracts and collateral positions.
  • Flag discrepancies, deadlines and anything out of the ordinary.
  • Summarise a file to prepare a review or a discussion with your bank.

What it never does

  • Release goods or collateral.
  • Trigger or approve a margin call.
  • Send a document or message to a third party.
  • Change validated data without human action.

Your questions

Yes, fully. The "No AI" setting disables every artificial intelligence feature. FoLLoW was designed to work without it.

It depends on your setting: in Europe with the default engine, with your provider when you use your own engine, and inside your infrastructure with in-house AI. The details are set out in your contract.

Yes. AI is set module by module and user by user. You can start with a narrow scope, measure the results, then widen it.

Your teams keep working as usual. Suggestions resume as soon as the engine responds again.

The log of suggestions and approvals lets you document who decided what, and on what basis. It is useful support when facing your counterparties' requirements and the European AI regulatory framework.
