Who we are

This website presents FoLLoW, a product distributed by Spered Sàrl (establishment process undergoing), [address], , [company ID CHE-xxx.xxx.xxx] ("we"). We are responsible for the personal data processed through this website.

What data we collect

  • Contact and demo-request forms: name, email address, phone number (optional), company, and the content of your message.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time (server logs), needed to operate and secure the website.
  • Cookies: see section 7.

We do not ask for sensitive data. Please do not include any in your message.content.


Why we use it, and on what basis

To answer your request and arrange a demonstration : steps taken before a   contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

  • To follow up on your request: our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
  • To keep the website secure and working: our legitimate interest.
  • Non-essential cookies, if any: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)).

We process data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (lawfulness, good faith, proportionality, purpose limitation).


Who receives your data

  • Our hosting and email provider: OVHcloud, with servers in France.
  • Our own team, to handle your request. 

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. The website is hosted in the European Union and we are based in Switzerland; the European Union recognises Switzerland as offering an adequate level of protection. If we ever use a provider outside the EU or Switzerland, we will put appropriate safeguards in place.


How long we keep it

  • Demo requests and the resulting business contact: up to 3 years after our last contact with you, then deleted or anonymised.
  • Server logs: 12 months.



Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@fllw.trade; we answer within one month and may ask you to prove your identity.

You may also complain to your data protection authority: in France the CNIL
